A simple little resource with so many ways to use it.

We created these to be used rather than just displayed. Pop them in a basket before heading outside, take them on an autumn treasure hunt, match them to real finds, use them to introduce new vocabulary or simply add them alongside your seasonal provision and see where the children take them.

They're particularly lovely for supporting communication and language, giving children a visual alongside the word and creating natural opportunities to notice, name, compare and talk about the world around them.

Print them, laminate them, pop them on a ring or scatter them amongst your autumn treasures. There really isn't a right way to use them.
