The Orange Thread is designed to run alongside the Movement, Sounds & Living Things Curriculum Framework, helping children notice, revisit and explore the colour orange through real, meaningful experiences.

Rather than isolated colour activities, the thread encourages children to naturally spot orange within their everyday play, environment, movement and exploration. Think sunsets, pumpkins, construction signs, autumn leaves, animals, instruments, flowers, paint, light and sensory experiences.
