The Early Years Development Pathway

Development isn't a race and children don't all follow the same path. The Early Years Development Pathway brings development together in one clear, easy to use resource to help you recognise where a child is now, notice progress and think about meaningful next steps.

Created to support professional judgement, not replace it. No endless ticking. No comparing children. Just a practical tool to help you know your children well and feel confident in what comes next.
