Digital Products (Downloadable Resources)
Due to the nature of digital products:

All digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Webinars and recorded training

Templates and documents
By purchasing a digital product, you agree that you are giving consent for immediate access and therefore waive your right to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you experience technical issues accessing a download, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
Physical Products
If you purchase a physical item from us (such as keychains, lanyards, or printed resources), you are entitled to a refund or replacement only if the item is faulty or damaged.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, physical goods must be:
