Shipping Costs

• All postage and packaging costs are paid by the buyer.

• Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Locations

• We currently ship to Mainland UK only.

• Unfortunately, we do not offer standard shipping to:

  • Northern Ireland

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands

  • Channel Islands

  • Isle of Man

  • International destinations

If you are located outside Mainland UK and would like to place an order, please contact us directly before purchasing for a custom postage quote.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated.

• Dispatch times may vary during busy periods or holidays.

• You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the postal service used.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once items have been dispatched.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout.

• We cannot be held responsible for items delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

• If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs will apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographic evidence where applicable
