Rather than creating another worksheet, we've designed these houses to encourage children to explore numbers through meaningful, hands-on play.
How could you use them?
Loose parts counting: Encourage children to match the correct quantity of buttons, pom-poms, beads or other loose parts to each numbered house.
Gingerbread village: Cut out and laminate the houses to create a festive small world village, encouraging number recognition through imaginative play.
Number ordering: Invite children to arrange the houses from 1–10, exploring number sequences and identifying missing numbers.
